pre-orders

Pre-order items are made after payment is settled and shipped out once completed. Please expect 7-14 working days (excludes weekends and holidays) before items are shipped out (excludes shipping period). 

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped out once the pre-order item/s are ready.
  • Customer will be notified and sent the tracking details once items are shipped out.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In any case, customer will be updated with all information regarding their order.

  • GCash and credit/debit card via PayMongo

 

shipping

Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Local shipping via LBC (1-2 Business days for Metro Manila; 3-5 Business days for Provincial)
  • International shipping via UPS (7-10 days express shipping)

All sales are final once payment is settled.

We are currently not offering returns and exchange.
